SEASON 8 Ancient item + Harmony client visual bug

Season 8. Using 2.4.4-1.

Enabled:
SetItemAcceptHarmonySwitch = 1

Issue:
- When using Jewel of Harmony on an Ancient Set Item, you cannot see which Yellow Option yet get, but it's there and you can remove it using Jerridon and see the extra defense when you hit defense.
